shipping
- All US domestic orders under $99 ship via USPS for a flat rate of $9.99. Estimated arrival time is between 2 - 5 business days once the order is shipped.
- All US domestic orders over $99 ship via USPS for FREE. Estimated arrival time is between 2 - 5 business days once the order is shipped.
- For international orders, we ship via UPS and shipping will be calculated before you finalize your order.
- If you would like to select expedited service, upon checkout of your purchase, you will be able to select your preferred shipping schedule via UPS.
- We generally use UPS and USPS for better tracking and quality of shipping but we may occasionally select another carrier if the package can be shipped to you more efficiently. This would in no way affect the price you paid on shipping nor change your preferred delivery time. Again, we usually only change carriers to get your order to you sooner.
- Most goods are shipped within 1 business day of purchase. But please do allow up to 2 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturday after 11am EST, will be shipped first thing Monday.
- We welcome international orders and are glad to ship product all over the world. Be aware that delivery times may sometimes be impacted by delays in Customs in your country.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, send the product back in like new condition. No need to send back consummable products like vitamins, nutrients, juices etc. If you paid shipping, we'll even give you a credit for use in our store for the shipping and handling incurred in delivery to you and back.
- Before you buy items that are new to you in quantity, we recommend that you first buy one, try it and than place your next order in bulk. We will glady refund any individual quantity purchases, but we hope you understand that we cannot refund multiple quantity purchases.

- I’m sorry, the following products are not returnable, as it’s unfortunately sometimes common place for some to make copies or intentionally buy the product for only a short time frame with the intent of returning the product:
- All opened media, including tapes, CD’s, DVD, software etc.
- Obviously read and poorly handled books that cannot be resold
- Any product that is returned in damaged or overly used condition
